If you choose to email me, again I will reply as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day.

It is also worth saying that I recognise how difficult it can feel to make that first step and contact a therapist. Sometimes people can feel anxious that making that initial contact will mean they are committed to meeting face to face.  That is not how I work, and whilst I would be very happy to arrange a face to face meeting after an initial phone or email contact, I am also very happy for a person to think through what has been discussed before committing to a meeting.
